This website is an online auction venue for original color slides of trains. All users are held to the understanding that all slides meet the following criteria (unless explicity stated in the auction description):
a) listed slide is a kodachrome original
b) listed slide is devoid of all damage (processing marks, scratches etc)

If a slide does not meet the above criteria, the auction listing must contain detailed information of the deviations so bidders are fully apprised of the details.

Sellers and buyers must communicate with each other within seven days of auction close. Failure to communicate within seven days of auction close (by either party) constitutes a violation of website policy.

All auctions must be paid for by buyers within 14 days of auction close. Failure to pay within 14 days of auction close constitutes a violation of website policy.

The following offences are strictly prohibitted and may result in permanent membership cancellation:
  • Bidding on your own auctions to inflate the price for other bidders.
  • Sending goods to a winning bidder that are different to what was described in the auction. For example, sending a duplicate slide to the winning bidder when the auction was conducted on the basis of the slide being an original is fraud. This behavior will not be tolerated.
